Wow! Have I got a showstopper project for you today!!!!

As always, I’m looking for new designs for mini albums and after a bit of Pinterest searching, I came across these “Star” albums.

These are very easy to make, can be adjusted to any size you desire and decorated so many ways.

All you need is 7 sheets of three different cardstock colours, or even any pattern paper - to make the album width 6”, you will need 12” x 12” cardstock”; the outer layer being trimmed to 12” x 6” with the next layers 11” x 6” and 10” x 6”. I also wanted to use the new Stampin’ Up! 12” x 12” Kraft Specialty Paper, available for purchase from November 2026. I used this for my outer layer, with Basic Black for the middle layer and Basic White for the inner layer, which I decorated with a lot of stamping and die-cutting with the Fern & Flora Bundle, and ink blending with a Decorative Mask.

You will need chipboard for the covers, which I used from the Kraft Specialty Paper pack.

Once the pages are decorated, if you choose, the album is easy to assemble and I give you two options in the YouTube video on attaching the ribbon.
