Neutral Noel Luminary Cards

For my blog post today, I have a gorgeous collection of four (4) Christmas luminary cards using the Neutral Noel Suite of products, featured in the September-December 2026 Stampin’ Up! Catalogue.

The suite includes the Neutral Noel 12" x 12" (30.5 x 30.5 cm) Specialty Designer Series Paper, Noel Tidings Bundle, Welcome Noel Bundle, Gold Adhesive Backed Dots, Neutrals Jute Combo Pack and Softly Woven 3D Embossing Folder:

There are a few little fiddly bits in assembling these cards but they are so worth the effort for the “wow” effect when they are lit up with LED candles. All cards fold flat to fit into standard sized envelopes. You can find a full product list at the end of this post.

For the luminary effect, please use LED battery operated candles only - these candles will sit inside the standing cards to illuminate the Vellum.
